Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel Single Lessons: If you would like to cancel a lesson, please notify us 48 hours in advance of the lesson to be cancelled. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, we will require 100% payment for that day’s lesson. 

• Cancel Multiple Lessons: If you wish to cancel 2 lessons in a row, please notify us 2 weeks in advance of the first lesson to be cancelled. If we are not notified 2 weeks in advance, we will require 50% payment for all lessons missed. 

• Cancellation Limit Policy: No more than two lessons may be cancelled per payment cycle after the receipt for that cycle has been issued.

• Pausing Lessons: If you would like to pause your lessons, please provide us with the exact date you would like to resume lessons. Lessons may only be paused for up to 2 weeks. If written notice of the exact date lessons will resume is not received, then we will require 100% payment for all remaining missed lessons.

• Stopping Lessons: If you would like to stop your lessons, please notify us 2 weeks in advance so we can accept new students.
